What I'm Listening To: Use Well the Days-Annie Lennox (Lord of the Rings: Return of the King, Bonus Sountrack)

It may not be the return of the king, but the Queen has definitely returned with a Waldo Wednesday! At this point in my senior year, I find myself wanting to reconnect with my Irish roots and high-tail it to Ireland. Beautiful, green, relaxing, and refreshing, it's just what I need. I mean look at this.




Who wouldn't want to go here???



Everyone knows about Dublin, Belfast, Limmerick, and Galway. The stereotypical "brogue" and getting a pint or a Guiness in a pub somewhere. Everyone wants to kiss the Blarney stone. But this?




 



I know, I know. You're probably why would I go see St. Patrick if I don't want to visit the Blarney Stone. What kind of reasoning is that, you ask? But I do, I want to see it all. I want to go to Kilkenny like Dave and have a wonderful time in a beautiful city.  



Especially because every queen needs her castle

What I'm Listening To: White Christmas-Bing Crosby

I love this holiday, I must confess. So full of joy and it always makes me feel like this. For me, it's all about keeping the Christ in Christmas and letting the whole world know the amazing feeling that I feel. I got my family presents and they all liked them. I've been doing some of my own shopping with money I've gotten as presents, bought myself some books, and expect for myself to be flat broke within the week. I can't wait for Spain and I am excited and kind of wondering what my Christmas will be like next year. I think I need to stop looking on Ebay and Tiffanys though (I know good and well that I should/can be able to wait until my 21st until I decide to gift myself that.

But on the Ebay note, I've found so many good deals on there, especially perfume. I got a new Gucci Envy Me perfume for only $45 and the shipping was free. That was a steal. And I'm also looking at some Este Lauder Pleasure, Poison by Christian Dior, Pure Purple by Hugo Boss, Light Blue by Dulce and Gabbana, and I recently got Island by Michael Kors for my best friend and she loved that. And all of the ones that I have found are about $50 or just under $60, if you look hard enough you can find them.

And just because I'm a Lord of the Rings freak I found Arwen's Evenstar pendant and plan to buy that as well. I really need to get a WELL paying job to support this intricate taste....

In short, through showering myself with expensive gifts (kidding!) for a good Christmas, I will be satisfied and relaxed (for about another three days until the fun of work and a new year starts). But hey, happiness at any time, is amazing ;)
